WILLIAM TELL CROSSBOW SHOOTING RANGE
  DiBro 1958
Box 12" x 9" x 2" is VG+. Depicts photographic images of characters from the1958/ 9 UK 
television series: Conrad Philips, etc. Contents:  4 x Targets, 4 x Darts, 4, Insert which
includes metal rod to stand up the Targets. All is NM...however...
             ... this game is missing the Crossbow !  williamtellshootinggame.jpg (37114 bytes)  Asking price as it stands here is £85
Did you know this  game exists? Owned for 20+ years thinking I will come across the Crossbow...!

  Gilbert 1965 (states 'Made and printed in Japan)
Box 9" x 14" x 1". Bottom left creased; residue stain from ? at each corner; light crease
line on right frame border; rest clean. Original cellophane. Contents Mint / unused @ £125

  Jumbo 1966 (Holland)
Smallish box containing card, counters, instructions, Jumbo leaflet.

MAN FROM UNCLE ACTION FIGURES
  Gilbert 1965 (USA)
A pair of unboxed action figure dolls.
 1)
NAPOLEON SOLO: 12" (31cm) tall, white tunic, black trousers, black boots. Slight rub on hair
     o/w in nice order. The back of his tunic has been signed by Robert Vaughan (see below).
2)
ILLYA KURYAKIN: 12" (31cm) tall, black sweater, grey trousers, black boots. Head NM, but right
    arm stays extended (something loose/ rattling inside). Trousers: split on seam crutch and 
    leg, plus small damage inside left leg. 
 a) The dolls have had added to them a plastic UK Lone Star Badge (11 + 2).
 b) included is a Gilbert Accessory pack for these figures. The cellophane 
     packing is missing. Card VG; the six pieces are Mint / unused. All for £190

MAN FROM UNCLE ATTACHÉ CASE
  Lone Star 1966
There were several variants produced. This one is:
Vinyl case 16.5" x 12" x 2.5" (42cm x 31cm x 6.5cm).
Contents here are a pistol, extension (for shoulder rest), telescopic sight, silencer, holster, belt,
a small 'secret' pistol in holster (includes a packet of red pellets), matching leg belt for this
grenade. a 'walki-talki' set (adjoined with red twine),  badge (no 11), pen, plastic wallet containing 
a decoder, and a 14-pge 
'TOP SECRET' document  booklet. According to instructions, what is
missing from this set is money, passport and notepad from the wallet, and a water-shooting 
plastic camera.
                                 Condition report
Contents:  top of pistol around firing mechanism has black paint missing, the small pistol 
   (called
GANG BUSTER) has some of the chrome worn, rest NM. Pistols are in working order.
   The blue polystyrene insert is min. VG+ (clean, not broken). 
Outer case:  the UNCLE logo label is damaged. No vinyl splits, but there are two small
   holes on the front edge where the handle has broken off (not present). Inside the lid,
   Robert Vaughn has written in silver pen "The Missing Handle Affair Robert Vaughn" @

Footnote

Mr. Robert Vaughn graced us with his presence at the NEC Birmingham in November 1998, in return for an appearance fee, and charging anyone who wanted his autograph £15 for a signed photograph, or £20 (changed from £10 after one hour of the show opening) if it was on an artifact. The Napoleon Solo Doll for sale on this page I lent out so that he could have it with him the day before the show (Friday), when he appeared on Channel 4 television. However...

Three things I will never forget in my life about this Memorabilia Show weekend: <1> he (R.V.) did not turn up on time on Saturday for the live BBC Breakfast programme interview, thus yours truly was approached and performed the honour;  <2> when I approached Mr. Vaughn at 4.45pm on Sunday and asked him to sign the doll he had 'borrowed' the day before, his actual words were "You'll have to pay"; <3> the £40 I gave in return for two signatures (re above items), he (R.V.) held my two £20 notes up in the air to check that they were genuine... the man, the myth.  someone took the p....
