If any cash is posted to the PO Box address that is for an unconfirmed order, and ...
  
   a) item is not in stock
   b) it does not cover the minimum order amount as stipulated on this site

 ...then the return of the money has to be paid for at cost prior to it being posted back.

If this is not done so within 3 months of being received, the amount will be donated to a Charity.
A receipt will be obtained for this kind gesture!
