The majority here do contain a wealth of information and a plethora of (touched-up) photographs, and therefore represent value for money! Acquired is a one-owner collection of film annuals, consisting of 68 publications from the 1940s to beginning of the 1960s. Nearly all appear to be looked at once only, with the pages being immaculate as from new. All Dust Jackets are present, with many of these in lovely condition. All covers have their original vibrant colours, with no fading of the spines!  These books can be identified on this page by the stock numbering 200 ~ 267. The undated 1944~1945 edition was the first to be published in this series.
Editions compiled during the 2nd World War, some of the up and coming films included here were postponed.
Edited by F. MAURICE SPEED. Each have a blocked title board, and housed in a photographic dust wrapper.
This title is for film buffs. Excellent content, and not padded out end to end with page photographs.
Remember, cover grade is the d/w; VG = some edge wear and the suchlike, with center area clean. In the
26 years of dealing, I have found it virtually impossible to locate any vintage Film Annual in a Fine to NM Dust Jacket!

Plain board with titled spine. All are beige with exception of 1953-54 (blue).
Min. of 144 pages, including 16 as colour plates. Uncommon in a decent d/w.
Cover grade is for the photographic dust wrapper. These have the same front
and back from 1951/ 52, except for final edition 1961-62 (has Robert Wagner
