Another boring section...

'no accompanying letter' unless...

The 'Total to pay is GBP ' email is set out so that all the relevant information, including your own name and address, is on one side of a sheet of paper.

What can happen (as it has!), is if 2 sheets are received, with the client's name and address on the second one (only or/ and also):

...the orders to be processed are placed in a pile, and the sheet with the name and address that does not include the copy of the 'Total to pay' etc is mis-placed with another client's order. There is a rush to get to the Post Office before closing time, which leads to one or more orders being dispatched to the incorrect address - beginning of a possible bad scenario, not to mention the extra expense incurred!!

Unless =
if you wish to include a personal note / letter (not info of the said order), this is always most welcome, but please put your name only to this, and not your address.

nb. envelopes are discarded immediately, so do make sure your address is on the order sheet. Thank you.

And finally, due to bad experiences with the said following..

Even more boring is...

Unlike the likes of Argos, I do not offer 'free' incentives 'if you buy..' , only to find that it is not available within the specified time period.

Unlike the likes of Amazon, I do not offer free postage over a particular amount £ order placed, but charge p&p
accordingly if the goods are required within a few days..  then it arises that only one item is in stock and dispatched, and
'kindly' refund 1/2 the postage after receiving a complaint. Ask Amazon if you can purchase half a hole from them for your garden.

Select "Back", "Return", or similar.
