'All-card box' issues

Early all-card boxes, pre 1968. There are a few print variations, but the main four printings identified here are:

(1) The first issue boxes have "MODELS OF YESTERYEAR" above picture of the model,
no name of model underneath picture (just 'A LESNEY PRODUCT'), blue end flaps
with model number and type stated. These are denoted here as 1st
(2) The second issue boxes have"MODELS OF YESTERYEAR" above picture of the model,
name of model and 'A LESNEY PRODUCT' underneath picture, blue end flaps
with model number and type stated. These are denoted here as 2nd
(3) Front of box has "MATCHBOX" above the picture of the model, "MODELS OF YESTERYEAR"
and model's name below, blue end flaps with model number and type stated. These are denoted here as 3rd.
(4) Front of box has "MATCHBOX" above the picture of the model, "MODELS OF YESTERYEAR" and name of model
below, Pictorial end flaps stating "MATCHBOX" etc.. These are denoted here as 4th.

All these are mint / unplayed with, and unless otherwise stated the boxes are of 'fresh' appearance,
having sharp edges, corners, etc. Any obvious down-grading / faults is noted * All these are 2nd + 3rd type boxes
