The artwork for this set is quite primitive. Having been devised during the William Hartnell
season, these had to be altered to simulate Patrick Troughton, who was to take over as the
new doctor, due to Willie's failing health. Note that the back header remains much to the
likeness of Hartnell, with a touch of an artistic Pertwee overtone?!

Original 1967 l Italian cinema poster. Very large @ (38.5" x 54" (98cm x 137cm)
Original folds. Generally in Very Good condition. Obvious imperfections are:
9 x 1/2" splits and 2 small holes down fold on left leg. 2 x small
pieces missing on bottom white border, and 1 top left.
All this can be tidied up when framed @ £285

Original 1967 Italian cinema poster 26.5" x 18.5" (87cm x 47cm).
Image portrays a red Dalek who appears to be robbing a tobacconist
(obviously ignorant of the health risks), and a super-imposed Jill Curzon.
Original centre vertical fold. The shiny paper does have all-over
creasing. Pin holes in corners. 4 x small holes (occurred
when removed from staples * G @ £185
